H1B RFE response pending from Oct 6th 2017(Crossed 4 Months)

Hi Folks,

My H1B petition went to RFE and my Employer submitted requested document on Oct 6th 2017, at Vermont Service Center office. Already it has been 4 month with no response. How long it will take or do i need to contact any one or do anything from my end?

Please advice.

Hi,

I had submitted in August and mine too still pending , though its already Feb(close to 6 months)

It seems we have no option but only to wait/go for premium processing

RFE processing can take long. In general, H1B visa petition processing is really behind by many months due to workload issues with USCIS. If your petition is eligible for premium processing, then go for premium processing so that you at least have a decision sooner than just waiting for it forever.
