H1B RFE response - client letter - Chances for Approval

Can someone answer my query?.

Got selected in H1B 2020 lottery and received RFE. Current status is responding to RFE (Specialty occupation, Right to control and educational evaluations). I have all the required documents except latest client letter. Going to respond RFE with the client letter which I got in march 2019 and it does have the validity mentioned upto 2022 along with SOW (valid upto 2022) and MSA (upto mid of 2020). Will it be problem for approval?.

No, it should not be a problem.
One key thing to know is that, submitting all these documents does not guarantee approval…It is up to USCIS discretion…You need to work with your attorney and make sure all the RFE issues are addressed…
