I received RFE on employer employee relationship for my h1b… I have all the documents like offer letter, pay stubs, performance review report, org structure and client letter that they need me to work on their project with the mentioned skill set. I dont’t have a valid contract or signed SOW as the project is yet to start only from October. Will that be a problem or the client letter is enough?
Client letter is enough along with defined skill sets that make you qualified for the project.
