H1b RFE for same client - Chances?

Me and my collegue filed for H1b in regular, from same client, he has received an RFE.
1 . My status is still same - application received, when would i know the status
2. Will i also be getting RFE
3. What are the chances for my colleague approval

  1. You need to wait for response. ReadH1B Processing times, Regular vs premium
  2. Not necessarily, it all depends on whole application.
  3. It is hard to given generic answer, it all depends on how your attorney addresses the RFE.
