H1B RFE:Contract or Sow are same?

My employer file H1B visa for me. I have received RFE. My employer visa cell asked

1.End Client Letter

2.Contract

  1. Last 3 SOW

4.Offer letter

5.Last increment letter

  1. Project Organasational Chart.

Now, My project managment team given last 3 sow. They didnot gave me contract. I asked them they are saying contract and SOW are same.

One more question is that

1.what is the chance of RFE clear from MNC employer.

2.What is the steps for RFE guys?
