H1B RFE ---Client name changed after SOW signed off.

Hi,

I have filled H1B petition(regular processing) with the updated name of the client,but in SOW was already signed off with the old client name.Now my RFE comes,which requires SOW,Project Org Chart,end-client letter and appraisal letter.

I have SOW with old client name(not same as the petition),updated org chart(direct supervisor is not same as was in petition),BRM letter instead of end client letter and appraisal letter.

Will my petition got approved after sending these docs?

They need to submit all the correct documents and then include a letter explaining the change. It is not possible to say with certainity w/ what will happen.
