Hi My H1b got selected by June and within 3 weeks status changed to rfe and we didn’t receive any queries from Uscis regarding my rfe ( didn’t receive any update like what they documents they need for rfe). My employer’s attorney sent mail by July 8th still no reply. I went to US consulate asking about this in US last sep27th. They says wait for the reply. Anybody have experience about this case. Please advise what to do next?
