My new H1B got revoked on the ground of employer’s partial plagiarism. When I got the NOIR, I have already started the transfer to another company which is still in progress. The NOIR petition got revoked last week. Is there any chance to get this transfer approved? Will my revocation impact this decision as well? Can I switch job in this present scenario?
