H1B revoked, chances of H1 transfer

Hi,

Employer A has sponsered my H1B and it got stamped for 1 yr. its now going to expire in 4 months, and i didnt travelled to u.s with this visa. But, i changed my employer to employer B 2 months back and now i see my H1 was been revoked by employeer A. Now my question is -

  1. can it be possible to transfer my H1 to any other emplyer as it is already revoked by employer A?
  2. as still i havent travelled to U.S and visa is going to expire in 4 months, can it be possible to file for transfer+extension after expiry(*visa already revoked)?
  3. If transfer is possible, in what all case i need to go for stamping again?
  1. U can go for cap-exemption even if the employer revokes/withdraws… U can go for cap-exemption till 6 years… so u can find an employer who can file a cap-exemption for u

    1. Cap-Exemption is like fresh H1, but u dont need to go thru lottery and can apply anytime… so u will get a validity of 1 r 2 r 3 as mentioned by ur new employer’

    2. U need to go to stamping for sure after the cap-exempt h1 is approved, as u did not travel to US on ur previous H1

My doubts got clarified now. Thanks RaNa for your reply…
