i am seeking job opportunities in USA currently. I had worked in India before, but i don’t have my work experience certificate. so should i include that work experience for my visa application or not?
minimum requirement for a H1 visa is of 16 years of education equivalent to a bachelors degree in USA. Your experience in the related area of specialization would augment the minimum requirement but not necessary.
