There was a mistake filing my H1B: the last page of LCA was not included. My H1B petition was rejected as a result but I won the lottery. Is there a chance to resubmit petition with missing page? LCA was valid all this time.
Not sure but I guess NO. Since, you received the final decision from USCIS. But, I may be wrong.
