H1b reciept number recieved but status is still initial review.

Hi,

My Application reached on 4 june 2012, and recieved reciept number but stil the status shows initial review. I think my application is the regular quota, what is the ideal time for going to next stage, is there any fixed time frame for USCIS for response after the reciept number?
