h1b process after hard copy of petition received

Hi ,

I have received hard copy of my H1B petition. Can i go for stamping immediately after receiving I129 and I797 documents?
Or is there any time constraints for H1b stamping?

You can go as soon as you are ready w/ all the docs. There is no wait period.

Just book an appointment with consulate of your choice. Go with all the documents. That’s all
