In my case employer submitted petition for amendment on 13-Oct or 19-Oct to USCIS in premium processing mode, around 02-Nov I got to know we got RFE on education for petition which employer has submitted response. After then I tried making lot of connect with my employer but they are saying they don’t have any information yet and will update me when they got any information, they are not sharing receipt number. I understand employer don’t have anything as of now hence they are not updating and as and when they get any news they will connect with me immediately.
It is 21-Dec now, quiet very long time (Oct to Dec in PP) , not sure what is the status, any guess on possibility of petition amendment approval, or shall I consider it as denial and consider I lost all chance to go USA.
