I was on my H4 EAD and it expired couple of days ago and had to resign from my company. Now I came to know they had applied for my h1 and it got selected… So what are the various option I have at the moment apart from they rehire me… That has some.complication at the moment.

I have the a similar question. My lottery was picked but H1b application isn’t being applied for now. If I apply for H1b next year thru different employer, will I still have to apply for the lottery or can I send in the application? What info do I need from my previous lawyer in case I apply next year thru different employers?
