H1B petition withdraw by current employer

Hi

Company A has filed H1B petition for me and my petition was approved with validity till 2017. My Visa is stamped. I have got offer from Company B and they promised me they will file H1 petition and will send me US as soon as I join.

Company A informed me that if in case I resign they will withdraw my petition. Company B will initiate H1 transfer after joining them. In this case Company B still be able to file transfer petition?

Please help me out with this ASAP.

B can file cap-exempt petition even after A has withdrawn their petition. Make sure you have a copy of A’s petition, or at least the receipt number.
