I got my H1B Visa in Oct 2012 and I traveled to US in Jan 2013. I used two years of my petition and now I am back to India. I have no plans to return back to US in next 2/3 years.
After 3 years If i plan to go back to US will my petition will still be valid? Is there a limit on how long i can stay outside US
