Hi,

Currently i am in INDIA and working with Employer A.

I have a approved H1B(Oct - 2016) petition filed by Employer B. I did not attend for a VISA interview yet.

Now my current employer(Employer - A) is ready to send to US, on the same petition. But Employer B is not ready to give my I797 to transfer.

Now how to get my I797 from Employer B. Please suggest and help.

You don’t need anything from employer B. Tell employer A to file a cap exempt petition.

Is there any chance of revoke my petition by Employer B, if he get to know i got applied to transfer.
If yes, what is alternative?
