My H1B Petition is approved and valid till June 2015. Im yet to go for Stamping. But my current employer is not willing to send me to US. Can I transfer my H1B Visa to new employer, if they are willing to send me to US?will my current Employer will come to know if i do it with New Employer
Yes you can get your transfer done. After the petition is approved from the new employer you will need to get it stamped. Your current employer won’t know about it till you tell them.
