H1B petition denied

Hi,

I applied for H1B visa 2015 and it got denied on Jan-02-2015. I have few question regarding this.

  1. I entered US in September 2013 on F2 visa and applied for H1B in January 2014. But my husband got changed his status from F1 to H1 in October 2014. I didnot apply for H4 along with him as I have applied H1B and it is under process.Now that my H1B got denied on what status I will be in US ? How much grace period I will have to change my status to H4?

  2. If I reappeal H1B petition how long can I stay in US ?

  3. Can I reappeal my current H1B petition and at the same time file new petition for the next year with another employer ?
