Hi,
I have valid H1 B petition and visa till oct 2015 on my employer name. I94 is also valid till oct 2015. I am in US now and want to switch to new company.
New company will transfer the petition on their name. But after that if i go outside US next year, for vacation to my home country and try to return back , do i need to get again the visa stamping, since last visa will be on my previous employer name.
