My sister applied for H1B now its RFE she is planing to come USA using her h4 …if she going for h4 stamping ,friends said h1b will get deny …please advise me what can she do now???
H1B will be denied only if she does not submit the necessary documents asked for RFE within the due date.
So she can travel on H4.
