Hi, I had H1B done in 2010 but never stamped due to various reasons, since i had a validity left 3+3 years on that visa, i have applied for H1B non cap in Apr 2016 and petition is pending for decision with USCIS as of now.
As per my previous I797 (3+3) years will end in Oct 25, 2016, i doubt if the decision does not come till that time will my new application becomes void?
Or is it the case that i have applied before time therefore it does not matter how much time it takes?
Please help
