I work as full time (H1B) in digital agency- A, they work with different clients. through my current client I got h1b for 3 years filled by agency A. Now the engagement is done. My company A will Post in other engagement meaning different client & location. What all should I be aware ? Since bcoz this is not a transfer
- For location amendment will they need SOW if it is short will my h1b timeline will be reduced?
Any other things to be cautious
