Hi,
I am working in a company right now under OPT and they want to file my H1B Visa this year. This is their first H1B Visa application so I am doing most of the research work. I have 1 question regarding the LCA minimum wage required for H1B. Does the company have to start paying me the LCA minimum wage from 1st April when they apply for my H1B visa or 1st October when the visa starts? They are paying me currently $2/hour less than the required LCA prevailing wage. I would be glad if someone can answer it.
