Hi I have recently went to drop box for H1B (This is my first time H1 visa stamping) the very next working day I see my status as Refused, but I haven’t received any email. What should I do? Do I need to contact consulate where I submitted documents. FYI… It’s been three days till now. Should I need to wait?
Visa is considered refused until approved. So you just need to wait patiently for the consulate to process your documents and then the VO will approve/deny your visa. If approved, the status will change to ‘issued’.
