My H1B got a denied notice today. Is it posibel to apply for a cap excemption by a diffrent employer as my H1B is denied due to the client letter.
What are the options avilabel for me now?

You can file a review petition as mentioned in the notice that you received, if you feel that you have a strong case.
If this is your first H1B, you are not eligible for cap-excemption. But, you can look for new jobs from employers like NGO, Universities, research institutions (check with them to make sure ) who can file H1 all through the year and do not come under cap.
If you had/or on an approved H1B, you can apply under cap-excempt category through a new employer.
