H1B is in pending(RFE) status(Note:This H1b is not from my current employer but through an external consultant who is in no way associated with my current employer ).
OPT expires on sept 6th.Need to get CPT soon.
Will transferring SEVIS from one University to another affect H1B processing in any ways?
