H1B is applicable for Drop box what about H4 dependent- spouse and kid as they are doing H4 for the first time

I am on H1-B and eligible for Drop box program. However, I have a query is for my wife and chlidren- both of them are in India and don’t have H4. When we go for stamping this time together, will my wife and children will be eligible for drop box?
