I’ve my H1 interview in Chennai next week. My consultancy has provided all the documentation except the client letter.
One candidate from the company has gone for interview in Aug and got an RFE for client letter. He went back again in SEP, without client letter.
He was asked for client letter again and given the 221g again. But, this time he asked them to take a look at various MSA (Master Service Agreements) between the company and various clients. The VO took a look at them for 15 mins and approved his H1. After that 2 more ppl went with similar documentation and their H1 was approved.
Does this generally happen? or they were just lucky?
Given this scenario…what are my chances? Or its just a pendulem which can swing either way?
