H1B in RFE vs. L2

Hi Everyone,

My company is processing my L1A and I should be relocating end of this year. My wife’s company is processing her H1B but it has gone to RFE right now. In the off-chance that her H1B doesn’t go through, I wanted to check,

  1. How soon her L2 can be processed? and whether her H1B rejection will impact the L2 process?

  2. Whether only my company can process her L2 or can it be done by me without my company’s support (maybe by her company or by me independently)?

  3. How soon can she start working once she has her L2?
