H1B Holder stay duration to apply H4 Visa

Hi Folks,

I am staying in US from october.I am I eligible to apply H4 visa for my spouse kid now.My company says I am not eligible to apply since i moved to US from october .Please post your answers if any knows.

Are you getting paid? If you are not getting paid then that is the reason your employer is discouraging you from doing so.
