H1B + H4 Stamping at Mumbai

Hello,

I have applied fresh H1B and got selected in Lottery. I have booked H1B + H4 stamping at Mumbai location on 8th and 9th July 2021. Are they allow me for an interview as its fresh H1B or do I need to show NIE?

You should first check if you qualify for NIE. If not, they may not issue a visa and keep you on hold till the presidential proclamation 10199 is withdrawn.
