Hi,
I noticed my Last name is printed as xxxxxxxU instead of xxxxxxxA in the following docs.
It is correct in I797. Please let me know what needs to be done. My employer said they are all supporting docs and as I797 is correct not a problem.
1) Letter to US Consulate for H1B visa issuance.
2) H1B petition letter.
3) G28 and I129 forms
4) Education evaluation.
