H1b for Bcom + MSC in information Technology

Hi All,

I have a B.com Degree with MSC in information Technology and an MBA in Finance from Nagarjuna University and Sikkim Manipal University Respectively.

subsequently i have put up seven years of experience in software industry with following break.

Two Years in System Administration and Networking

5 Years in Oracle Database and Apps DBA.

I am also an oracle/Sun certified Professional for solaris systems administration,Oracle DBA and Oracle Apps DBA.

Please Advise me if i can qualify for H1b Visa Educational elgibility.if required i will be please to forward my detail resume for your kind evaluation.

he requirements to qualify for an H1B visa are:You must have ONE of the following1) A Bachelor’s degree or Masters Degree (or the foreign equivalent degree from your Country), OR2) 12 years work experience, OR3) A mix of further education + work experienceThe general H1B visa qualification rule is: - for every 1 year of studies at University / College = 3 points- for every 1 year of work experience = 1 point12 points in ‘total’ are required to qualify for the H1B visa program
