I am hoping to convert my H4 to a H1 this April. My research has led me to believe that most sponsors look for people to complete some courses and most of the jobs are in the BA field. I am an auditor and accountant by precision having completed my masters in UK and having over 8 years experience into field. I don’t want to change my line of work. What are the chances that my profession is eligible for a H1B. Also what is the best method I should adopt to find a sponsor. Thanks!
