My H1b filed by a new employer is in process and I am waiting for approval. My current employer is also willing to file a new H1 next year in April 2013 (when the new cap will open).
Can the new H1 filing by my current employer in the next year cap be filed as Cap Subject? because I don’t want to disclose it to my current employer that I already have one filed by another employer.
