I am in H4 and i want to apply for H1b this year but i am waiting for my H4 extension approval, its almost 3 months but didn’t get approval. now my consultant told me we can file you H1 using I-94. my consultant also confuse what to don in this situation becuase every time they told me different things.
Can any one tell me what are the documents will need for H1b (with no H4 extension approval)?
My consultant company is saying they won’t apply without my H4 extension letter. Any suggestions?
