Per USCIS my H1B extn case was approved (Under Premium Processing) on 19th Sep 2019 and on 20th it was REOPENED as per USCIS. not sure what does it mean? Has anyone recently gone through this situation? If so, could you please share your experience.? Thanks in Advance.
