Hi All,
My H1b extension was filed by company in Feb and In july 2017 got an RFE. I want to apply for F1 visa so I may start my MS in Spring 2018.
Question: I saw there is a concept of Bridge petition. Can i apply for F1 while the H1b extension is pending/is in RFE state?
