Hi,
I filed my H1 Extension 6 months 6 Days before the visa / I94 expiry and its filed in premium.
will there be a possibility of RFE for filing it as premium? before 6 months.
If USCIS goes by the rule book then they can reject the petition stating that it was filed too early. However, as it is just 6 days they may decide to overlook it and just process it w/o RFE related to this.
