Need help in answering below, my I-94 expiry is on 24-April 2020 and H1b extension was filed on 30th March '20. Haven’t received the receipt yet and even the check was not encashed. Does this mean the process is assumed to be started or not and can I continue working after 24th? I’m in 8th year of extension.
