H1B extension denied

Hi, my 1st year H1B extension has been denied and petition is in Decision state now.

It says that my denial notice contains the reason for denial and options available to me.

My questions are:

  1. Is there any possibility for my extension petition to be revalidated?

  2. What will happen during ‘Post decision Activity’ stage?

  3. Can my employer reapply for another H1B extension petition providing all documents from reasons mentioned in denial notice?

Denials of extension are always because of incorrect, technically incomplete filings rather than serious problems. The situation is reversible. Are you able to share more details?
