I am just curious to know if H1B extn can be done beyond 6th year with approved PERM even the I140 denied.I am on H1B and my H1 6th year will complete on 10/10/2014.

RFE Date - 04/16/2013 (RFE reason- ability to pay) to be despond by 90 days.
Questions-
1.If my I140 gets denied …based on the earlier approved PERM can I get an extension for one more year till 10/10/2015?.
2.I need to Start new PERM and labor processing with the same employer again?
3.can I port the existing PERM and just apply I140 alone?
