Hi i got a new job so moved to wisconsin and employer filed H1B amendment and extension and it got approved in consular processing without I94 attached.My previous visa is valid till june 15 2020.Should i go to visa stamping in home country or i should just go to out of country to get new i-94 since my old H1B visa is valid till june 15 2020.Please sugggest?
I am in same process. I am currently in US and my Visa is expiring in JUne 2020. With embassies closed for routine visa processing, what are our options? What are your lawyers advising. Pls let me know. Thanks.
