H1b extension after i140 approval

Hi

My I140 is approved and seeking an extension on h1b. After trump administration, has anyone done that? Share experience please. Lawyers say not an issue but want to know if someone has gone through the same procedure

Hi Team,

I have used my 6 years on H1B and I have applied for my H1b Extension based on perm approval. The day I submitted my case to USCIS for H1B extension , the same day I got my I140 approved.

Please suggest, if I will be getting extension based on my approved I140 or perm. Is it possible to send I140 approval copy to USCIS to review while analyzing my extension request.

Note: Withdrawing and submitting a new request is not an option.

Please suggest and share your experience / views.
