My H1B expired on Oct2007. So As per my knowledge is concern, I am not eligible for Cap-Exempt because it is only valid till 6 years from Approval date. So what I need to do, if I want to go again to USA for work?
Must find an employer who can file a Cap Subject Petition for U coming year…
