H1B Dropbox parent of US kid ( not come under NIE)

Hi,

Right now we are in US want to travel India soon. We have Dropbox appointment scheduled for H1 and H4 renewal stamping this month end.

How successful to get visa stamp as US parent proclamation exception?

Unless absolutely necessary you shouldn’t travel at this time.

Depends on the Consulate I guess…Mumbai consulate has chosen to disregard we being parents of US Citizen and blatantly issued 221g with pp10199 marking. if you do travel then make sure you submit a cover letter that clearly says you are parents of US Citizen and attach copies of his birth certificate and passport pages…
