I used to work for a company called Aquantia who sponsored my first H1B. This was valid from 2017 to 2020.
In 2019 Aquantia got acquired by Marvell semiconductors and I cam through the acquisition.
In 2020 Marvell applied for my extension and it got approved.
My query here is do I qualify for dropbox or I will need to got for interview.
Please let me know.
Change of employer is not a factor for dropbox eligibility. If you met the dropbox requirements listed below you qualify.

I had my passport renewed so the first H1b is on the older passport.
Will it make a difference?
No issue, the documents you submit must have the copy of old passport.

Not for everyone. If you qualify for dropbox criteria, you will need to provide NIE document to be able to get stamping done.
