H1B Dropbox Eligibility - Over 12 months - DS 160 filled before

Hi all,

I have a question regarding the eligibility of Dropbox. Here is my Visa timeline :

  1. Previous Visa expired in Sept’ 18 from Company A ( Visa Stamped ).
  2. Applied for H1B extension by Company A from Sept’2018 to June’ 2020 ( No Stamp ).
  3. Moved to company B in Dec ‘2018 ( No Stamp ). Filled out DS 160 in Aug’ 2019.

Under the H1B dropbox criteria am I still eligible for dropbox ?
